Teresa Kowalczyk

MD, FACOG

Dr. Kowalczyk (Dr. K) has been a trusted Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Greenville for over 15 years. She is Board Certified and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She recently passed the 2015 Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) examination; which certifies her as a urogynocologist specializing in advanced female surgeries and pelvic medicine.

Her journey in medicine began at the Silesian School of Medicine in Katowice, Poland. In 1997, she completed her OBGYN residency in Asheville, North Carolina at Mountain Area Health Education Center in association with Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Dr. K started practicing in Greenville in 1998 together with Dr. Jerry Coker. After his retirement in 2002, she took over the practice and created Greenville Women's Wellness Center. Her practice encompasses every aspect of women's health care including: routine exams, low and high risk prenatal care, infertility, advanced laparoscopic surgeries, and urinary incontinence. She enjoys spending time with her two children in her leisure time.

Frankie Haddock

WHCNP

Frankie Haddock joined Dr. K in 2003. Frankie is a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She is native to Commerce, Texas. In 1996, she graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. For the next 6 years, she worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. In 2001, she returned to school and completed her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree in 2003 from Texas Woman’s University. Frankie and her husband have two beautiful girls who keep her very busy in her spare time.

Angela Shulze

I have worked at GWWC since March of 2011. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years and can't imagine doing anything else. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Services/Management in October of 2011. Working at GWWC has made me grow personally and professionally. I love working with such a great team of ladies. I am married with three children and two stepchildren; and have a handsome 5-year-old grandson. I am a huge Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorn fan. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, taking road trips with my husband on our Harley, and decorating.
